- Do the GPS trackers include the service contract in the price?
YES, always: every device includes the first year's contract in the price
- What's the difference between mobile network and satellite trackers?
Easy: mobile network trackers only work where there is coverage, as they use land-based masts. Satellite trackers work always and anywhere
- Does it come with a charger?
YES, all devices with a rechargeable battery come with a charger included
- How long do the batteries take to charge?
As they are high-capacity batteries, they take approximately 48 hours
- How long should I leave the battery charging?
Until the charger LED changes from red to green
- Does it need installing?
NO, all products are delivered fully configured and only need to be connected to 220V or 12V. They are Plug & Play. And we're here to help if you need us.
- What if I know NOTHING AT ALL about electricity and don't dare connect 2 wires?

- How do I set it up?
You DON'T need to set anything up: we've already done it and it ships fully configured and working
- What does real-time GPS position mean?
This is the most valued feature of Domodis GPS collars. As well as reporting the position every 30 minutes, you can request the real-time position from the APP whenever you want.
