These specific conditions refer exclusively to the domodis.es store in Spain and shall apply within the Spanish mainland territory. For transactions from the Spanish islands or from Ceuta and Melilla, please consult us directly.

Purchase Conditions

The use of our online store and purchasing through our website implies the customer's acceptance of these general conditions.
Domodis will NOT accept orders placed by any means other than the website itself or email.

The customer must complete all the data required in the order form, including the shipping details or delivery address for the goods.
The documents relating to the transaction (invoices, pro forma invoices, delivery notes, etc.) will be issued automatically from the data provided by the customer.
Domodis reserves the right to suspend or reject orders placed using incorrectly or incompletely completed forms until the indicated defects have been corrected.
Once the order has been accepted and the payment confirmed, a final invoice will be issued and sent exclusively by email.

The goods will be shipped as soon as they are in stock and configured (where necessary), in accordance with the time frames set out in our general conditions. Our company guarantees that all its products are in perfect condition when they leave the warehouse. If any product turns out to be defective or is damaged during transport, it will be replaced as soon as possible at no cost to the customer.
