How do I receive the alerts?
On your phone, through the official AJAX app (iOS and Android), instantly and with a verification photo.
Does it need WiFi?
No. It has its own Internet connection, included and configured. It's 100% independent.
Does it work outside Spain?
Yes. The connection has roaming enabled and works all over Europe. Wherever you travel, you keep receiving the alerts.
Is there a fee?
The first year is included in the price. After that, €48/year (VAT included) for the connection that makes everything automatic: no SIMs, no activations, no configuration.
Is it suitable for both motorhomes and boats?
Yes, for both. Tell us where it's going and we'll send it prepared for your case.
Can I add more sensors later?
Yes. The AJAX ecosystem is expandable: detectors, sirens, special sensors… It grows with your needs.
Do I have to configure it myself?
No. We send it configured, connected and ready to put in place. And if any questions come up, we'll guide you via WhatsApp.
Does it come with a warranty?
2-year official warranty + 60-day returns if you're not convinced.
