❓ Frequently asked questions
Do I need to get a SIM card or sign up with an operator?
No. The device arrives with the SIM included and working. You don't have to deal with anything: switch it on and it's already transmitting.
How does it alert me if someone touches the motorhome?
You get an instant notification on your phone with the alarm and the GPS position. If they take it, you'll see the whole route on the map.
Can I connect it to the alarm I already have?
Yes. It can be connected to your existing alarm system, and you can also add wireless door/window and motion sensors.
Does it work for caravans and campervans?
Yes. Motorhome, caravan, campervan or van. If it has wheels and you want to track it, it works.
What happens if I don't renew the service?
The tracker stops transmitting, but you don't lose it: you can reactivate it whenever you like.
How long does delivery take?
We prepare it configured in your name and send it by express courier. You'll normally have it within a few days.
Is there a warranty?
2-year official warranty + 60-day returns if you're not happy with it.
