Does it work on the open sea?
Yes. The Globalstar network has ocean coverage. It works anywhere in the world with open sky.
How long does the battery last?
It depends on the configured position frequency. We adjust it to your use to maximise battery life, and you recharge it yourself.
Is it suitable for jet skis, motorboats or inflatables?
Yes. Since it needs no installation, it works on any boat. And you can move it from one to another whenever you like.
Do I need technical knowledge?
None. We send it configured and working. It's as simple as the famous "Plug & Play": connect and use.
What happens if I don't renew the service?
The tracker stops transmitting, but you don't lose it: you can reactivate it whenever you want.
Is there a warranty?
2-year official warranty + 60-day returns if you're not convinced.
